Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience – what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you’re helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.

Friends & family test

The aim of the PPG is to aid communication between Practice and patients so we better

understand everyone’s healthcare needs. This will help us improve and expand the

healthcare services we provide.

PPG membership is open to all our patients and carers. We try to hold six meetings a year. If you would like to join the PPG please complete your details below and we will add you

to the membership and distribution lists.
